We built this platform for serious members planning to get married Unfortunately we don’t provide an option to hide your name. Name is crucial and important during the matchmaking process and people may not approach/don’t show interest on a profile if the name is hidden.

Please go to Settings->Privacy Settings and Turn On "Photos visible to interest accepted members only" option. This way your photo will be shown only to members when you accept their interest

If you think any person is using inaccurate/inappropriate photos/profile info, please send us an email to support@pelli.appl with this profile ID, name and details, we will try our best to remove that profile from our platform.

If the match is mutual, you can see the member's mobile number in the profile section view and you may contact that member directly. All registered phone numbers on our platform are verified

After you update your profile, our moderators will verify and approve it before other members see your updated info. It will take approximately 8-10 hours to see your updated changes.

If you send an interest to a member, your number will be automatically shared and if that member accepts your interest you will get his/her phone number.

Yes, we will use industry standard security protocols to secure your information and your profile will be visible only to registered and phone number verified members only. If you think anyone abused/misused our service, please write to us at support@pelli.app. We will block that member and take immediate action.

If you don’t see an existing profile means that profile may get deactivated by that user or we blocked that user for violating our Terms of Use. People usually deactivate their profiles after they get the right match/if their marriage gets settled.

If you had accidentally created your profile with wrong gender, please send us email to support@pelli.app with your account details(registered phone number/member ID). We will verify your account and update your gender.
